We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer with international experience in B2B. You will lead graphic design in a global 1 bn EUR company in Intralogistics, further develop brand appearance and design marketing campaign visuals, print materials, web graphics, and other web and print collateral. 

What you'll be handling:

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics; further develop TGW Logistics brand appearance
  • Create engaging graphic designs (online and print) and produce a wide range of visual assets, like e.g. social media and marketing visuals, web banners, website illustrations, trade show booths, promotional materials and brochures
  • Leverage graphic design tools, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma, to craft creative and engaging designs consistent with our brand guides
  • Manage, maintain and develop the internal asset library
  • Drive adoption of AI tools to optimize creative processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall efficiency
  • Plan and execute photo shoots; coordination with external photographers where needed

What you'll need:

  • 15 years+ of experience as Graphic Designer, having led teams is an asset
  • Creativity and professionalism, with an understanding of international company protocols 
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Acrobat) and online tools such as Canva, Figma or AI tools like Midjourney
  • Strong planning and prioritizing skills, with experience in project planning tools like JIRA
  • A strategic mindset that keeps the objective of each design or product in focus.
  • Proficiency in English (C2)

We offer an attractive and market-conforming salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The collective bargaining minimum gross salary based on full-time employment is EUR 54.728 per year.
