AI Werkstudent
Would you like to apply your knowledge from your studies in practice and work on data-driven solutions? As a working student in TGW's Data & AI team, you will support us in the analysis of large amounts of data as well as in projects in the fields of data science, statistics and artificial intelligence.
Together with data scientists, analysts and specialist departments, you will develop analyses, automate evaluations and participate in the development of machine learning and AI solutions. In doing so, you will gain insights into real use cases of an international technology company and can further develop your technical knowledge in a targeted manner.
What you’ll be handling:
- Support in the analysis and preparation of large amounts of data
- Collaboration on projects in the field of statistics, data science and artificial intelligence
- Development and optimization of SQL queries for data analysis
- Support in the development, evaluation and optimization of AI and machine learning models
- Development of Python scripts to automate and evaluate data
- Presentation and documentation of analysis results for departments and management
- Collaboration with data scientists, analysts and specialist departments on data-driven projects
What you’ll need:
- Completed Bachelor's degree as well as ongoing Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable field
- Good knowledge of Python and SQL
- Initial practical experience in data analysis, statistics, machine learning or artificial intelligence is an advantage
- Understanding of databases, data models and analytical methods
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- High willingness to learn and interest in data-driven issues
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 2,948 euros per month.
