In this role, you act as the central organizational hub of our training organization. You ensure that all processes related to training and development initiatives run professionally, efficiently, and transparently. In doing so, you work closely with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external partners, while always maintaining a clear overview of the current budget situation.

What you'll be handling:

  • Planning, coordination, and administration of training activities (in-person, virtual, blended), as well as associated data, lists, contracts, and documentation
  • Ensuring smooth processes within the LMS and close collaboration with relevant interfaces
  • Contributing to budget planning, monitoring, and control, including tracking of costs, invoices, deviations, and forecasts
  • Supporting annual planning, reporting, and analyses for management and stakeholders
  • Coordinating external training providers, locations, and logistics, as well as ensuring quality and continuous process improvement

What you'll need:

Completed commercial/administrative education or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in administration, training organization, HR, or L&DStrong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and commercial processesStructured, independent, and reliable working style with a high level of service and solution orientationEnjoyment of coordination and organization, as well as very good MS Office skills (especially Excel); LMS experience is an advantageVery good German and English skills, both written and spoken

We offer an attractive and market-competitive salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum gross annual salary for a full-time position is EUR 47,547.00.
