What you'll be handling:
- Planning, coordination, and administration of training activities (in-person, virtual, blended), as well as associated data, lists, contracts, and documentation
- Ensuring smooth processes within the LMS and close collaboration with relevant interfaces
- Contributing to budget planning, monitoring, and control, including tracking of costs, invoices, deviations, and forecasts
- Supporting annual planning, reporting, and analyses for management and stakeholders
- Coordinating external training providers, locations, and logistics, as well as ensuring quality and continuous process improvement

We offer an attractive and market-competitive salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum gross annual salary for a full-time position is EUR 47,547.00.
