As an Application Specialist, you will play a central role in our IT team: you understand what the department needs, translate this into technical solutions, and manage their implementation. - Translating functional requirements into technical concepts
- Implementation in collaboration with internal IT roles and external service providers
- Active participation in the consolidation of our application landscape and developing central governance for the application area
- Managing suppliers and coordinating closely with technical contacts

What you'll need:
- Completed degree in computer science or business informatics, HTL degree, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in a similar role is a definite plus—but not a must.

- Know-how in business analysis, requirements engineering, and project management.
- Ideally, knowledge of setting up and operating applications in cloud environments.
- Understanding of IT interfaces and databases.
- Ability to document technical concepts and processes clearly and comprehensively.
- You communicate clearly, work independently, and don't lose sight of the big picture, even when dealing with complex issues.
- You connect stakeholders, take responsibility, and genuinely enjoy learning new things and making things happen.
Was wir bieten:
- Good transport links, free parking, shuttle service to the train station and between TGW locations, e-bikes, etc.

- Opportunity to actively and independently help shape processes and procedures
- Work in a dedicated team, individual creative freedom, clear goals and an open feedback culture
- Support in balancing work and family life (flexible working hours, flexitime, home office, company childcare, etc.)
