Do you enjoy guiding young people on their journey to adulthood? Would you like to help shape the training of our future skilled workers? Then you've come to the right place! 
As a manager apprentice IT training, you will be responsible for the technical training and supervision of our apprentices in the field of application development and coding. 
Using modern methods and technologies, you will teach the apprentices the knowledge and skills they need for a successful transition into the specialist areas. 

What you'll be handling:

  • Teaching job-related expertise for application development
  • Developing and creating learning materials for training
  • Further developing modern training concepts for the job profile ‘application development coding’
  • Accompanying groups of apprentices at team events and participating in events related to apprenticeships
  • Promoting and supporting our apprentices in their personal development

What you'll need:

  • Completed IT training
  • Completed trainer examination is an advantage, but not a must
  • In-depth knowledge of C# and databases (Oracle)
  • Enjoy working and communicating with young people, open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
  • Sense of responsibility and empathy to provide our apprentices with the best possible support

We offer an attractive salary in line with market conditions, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement for full-time employment is EUR 60.963 per year.
