In this versatile role, you will support our experienced payroll team in day-to-day operations. You will gain hands-on experience with all essential payroll processes and work with cutting-edge software solutions.

What you'll be handling:

  • Participation in monthly billing
  • Processing and control of time recording
  • Recording and maintenance of personnel and master data in the system (DPW / REXX)
  • Issuing of personal documents and obtaining forms and applications
  • Support of the payroll management and the team

What you'll need:

  • Completed business education Initial professional experience in payroll accounting is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of numbers, accuracy and structured work
  • Reliability, discretion and team spirit
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Interest in a crisis-proof field of activity

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 41.212 Euro.
