We are looking for support for our Digital & IT division management. The position involves a wide range of administrative, organisational and communication tasks and plays a key role in ensuring smooth processes and promoting effective collaboration within the DIGIIT network.

What you'll be handling:

  • Managing the calendar and coordinating appointments for the Director of Digital & IT
  • Organising and following up on meetings, workshops and events
  • Creating presentations, reports and minutes
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external communication
  • Supporting project management and special initiatives
  • Maintaining and managing documents in various systems
  • Acting as an interface and contact person for internal departments and external partners
  • Assisting with the implementation of ITSM processes and governance guidelines

What you'll need:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in the IT or digital environment
  • Strong organisational skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using digital tools
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Discretion, reliability and strong team orientation
  • Interest in digital topics and IT processes

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of € 47.481 for a full-time position.
