We are looking for a senior Content Manager with international experience in B2B. You will support business development in a fast-growing global company in Intralogistics by developing and executing marketing campaigns. Your experience and seniority will strengthen the global Marketing Communications team.

What you'll be handling:

  • Translate business growth plans into customer engagement plans that generate leads
  • Collaborate with Business Development to understand customer pain points and how to address them
  • Collaborate with Production to organize graphic/photo/video and deploy content
  • Develop compelling content for website, social media, digital ads and sales enablement material
  • Manage marketing campaigns (content, KPIs, project management)
  • Measure effectiveness of communication efforts versus agreed targets
  • Iterative optimisation of content and tactics to maximise ROI

What you'll need:

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Communications and content creation
  • Degree in Communications or Marketing 
  • Ability to translate business goals into marketing plans
  • Experience in developing clear and engaging customer centric content that generates leads
  • Track record of successful social media marketing and content performance tracking, leveraging global tools
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in English (C2)

We offer an attractive and market-conforming salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The collective bargaining minimum gross salary based on full-time employment is 54.728 Euro per year.
