What you'll be handling:
- Develop communication strategies and editorial plans aligned with business priorities, target industries and growth objectives
- Create compelling customer-centric stories that bring TGW's expertise and value proposition to life
- Drive content development across campaigns, lead nurturing, digital channels and key customer touchpoints
- Partner with Portfolio Management, Business Development and regional marketing teams to define content priorities and campaign themes
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice and storytelling across all channels and formats
- Deliver content for campaigns on time, measure its performance and continuously optimize content effectiveness based on data and business outcomes.
- Engage in disciplined planning, governance and collaboration across Marketing Communications and adjacent teams
- Network with adjacent functions and influence without direct authority
What you'll need:
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing or product marketing, ideally in a B2B or technology-driven environment
- Strong writing, storytelling and editorial planning skills
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging and customer-centric content
- Strong expertise in developing content that supports lead generation and customer journey progression
- Collaboration experience with Portfolio Management, Business Development and Market Development teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, evaluate and optimize content and campaign performance
- Strong understanding of messaging, value proposition development, tone of voice and AI-supported content tools
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration and excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level); working knowledge of German/Spanish/French is a plus

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 47.547 Euro.
