As a test expert, you will be responsible for independently defining and developing test plans and test specifications in an exciting and varied working environment. In our in-house test center, you will implement the necessary test setups and ensure that the test is carried out (manually and automatically) in a motivated and collegial team.  As an enthusiastic technician, you will be actively involved in product development and impress with a committed and proactive working style.

What you'll be handling:

  • Development and implementation of test strategies and plans for mechatronic systems and components
  • Execution of manual and automated as well as exploratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and reliability of our products in complex system landscapes (SW and HW)
  • Collaborate with the development and production teams to identify and fix bugs
  • Design, implementation, analysis and documentation of test results and preparation of reports
  • Continuous improvement of testing processes and methods

What you'll need:

  • Completed training (HTL, FH, Uni) with a focus on electrical engineering, automation technology, software design or mechatronics
  • High analytical ability as well as methodological competence to design and develop targeted test procedures
  • Ideally, professional experience in the test environment of mechatronic systems or programming and automation of test processes
  • Experience with CI/CD advantageous
  • Experience in software development
  • Sound knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
