Shape the future of robotic picking with us! As an E-Plan Design Engineer, you will be part of our Rovosphere development team and work on the electrotechnical development of an innovative and already successfully used product solution. Together with colleagues from mechatronics, software, testing and product management, you will optimize existing systems, develop new functions and accompany technical innovations until they are successfully implemented in the product.

What you'll be handling:

  • Further development and standardization of electrical engineering concepts, circuit diagrams and control cabinet solutions for our Rovosphere product family 
  • Creation, maintenance and optimisation of circuit diagrams with EPLAN Electric P8 as well as 3D planning and wire routing with EPLAN Pro Panel 
  • Technical design and integration of control, drive and communication components for existing and future product generations 
  • Close cooperation with control cabinet construction as well as provision and handover of complete production documents to ensure efficient and high-quality implementation 
  • Identification and implementation of potential for improvement in terms of functionality, quality, manufacturability, costs and standardization 
  • Cooperation with the areas of software development, mechatronics, testing, industrialization and production as well as support for product improvements and the introduction of new solutions in series production

What you'll need:

  • Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology (HTL, FH, University)
  • Experience in electrical design, ideally with EPLAN Electric P8 and Pro Panel
  • Knowledge of control and automation technology as well as in the handling of industrial bus systems
  • Understanding of mechatronic systems as well as mechanical and engineering
  • Structured, independent way of working paired with a high level of problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy working together in an interdisciplinary development environment

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
