What you'll be handling:
- Support of the CE conformity assessment procedure in the integration business (new plant and retrofit projects) over the entire implementation period from engineering to plant ramp-up
- Implementation (moderation) and documentation of safety reviews in cooperation with interdisciplinary project teams (project management, mechanics, control, robotics, mobile robotics)
- Preparation of risk assessments (application of defined processes and templates) and development of overall security concepts
- Carrying out validations on site and ensuring the implementation of the defined protective measures, including corresponding documentation
- Preparation of operating manuals / user information (manual for plant safety) and compilation of plant documentation for our customers
- Participation in the further development of the risk assessment process and templates in close cooperation with Safety Management
- Support of the cross-departmental transfer of know-how for safety-related solutions together with Safety Management
What you'll need:
- Several years of practical experience in carrying out risk assessments in mechanical or plant engineering (ideally in the field of interlinked machines)
- Basic knowledge of the essential directives and basic safety and safety standards (Machinery Directive / Machinery Ordinance, EN12100 – Risk assessment, EN13849 – Safety-related parts of control systems, EN20607 – Operating instructions – General design principles, etc.)
- Practical experience in the handling of mechanical or plant engineering projects and cooperation with interdisciplinary project teams
- Structure work and analytical thinking
- Strong focus on results
- Reliability, perseverance and implementation strength
- Knowledge of common user programs (Excel, Word, AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage)
- Good communication in German and English, both written and spoken

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 54.728 Euro.
