To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone to join our front desk team at our Marchtrenk location. In addition to greeting guests and transferring incoming phone calls, you will be responsible for the administration and scheduling of company apartments, monitoring the fleet of company vehicles, providing first-level support, and performing other administrative tasks. With your friendly attitude and professional presence, you will play a key role in ensuring the company is represented in a positive light.

What you'll be handling:

  • General coordination and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly
  • Coordinating and handling incoming enquiries by telephone and email
  • Assisting with the organisation and running of events
  • Preparing and posting letters and parcels
  • Issuing and managing workwear
  • Managing and organising staff equipment and office supplies, including lockers, printer cartridges and business cards
  • Providing administrative support to staff, particularly in relation to the provision of ID cards, company mobile phones and other necessary work equipment
  • General administrative and organisational tasks

What you'll need:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Initial work experience at reception or in a travel agency would be an advantage
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Excellent German, as well as good written and spoken English
  • A friendly, communicative personality with a professional appearance,
  • A strong customer focus and organisational skills
  • Interest in digitalisation and the use of AI tools

We offer an attractive salary in line with market rates, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement, based on full-time employment, is 35.964 Euros per year.
