Perfect! In this role, you will shape the future of our global People & Culture systems landscape. You will be responsible for the optimal use and continuous development of our HRIS ecosystem, ensure excellent data quality, and act as the driving force behind the digitalization of our HR processes.

What you'll be handling:

  • Responsibility for the continuous development and optimal use of our HR IT system, SAP SuccessFactors, as well as the broader HRIS ecosystem (e.g., Igentis, WalkMe, Centric).
  • Driving the digitalization and optimization of People & Culture processes while ensuring a high level of data quality.
  • Providing support and enablement for users within and outside the People & Culture function.Managing and further developing collaboration with external HRIS partners and service providers.
  • Working closely with IT to ensure the seamless integration of HRIS solutions into the company’s overall systems landscape.
  • Contributing to and leading HRIS projects, such as the implementation of new modules and interfaces.

What you'll need:

  • Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally as an In-house Application Owner or HR Application Manager.
  • Experience working in a global business environment and enthusiasm for collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes, combined with a keen eye for detail and an open, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions and act as a key interface between People & Culture and IT.
  • Experience with role and authorization concepts, data quality management, data privacy, testing, release management, and support processes.
  • A high level of accountability and absolute discretion in handling sensitive employee and company data.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 55.762 EUR.
