By creating efficient, digital processes, you will enable the organisation to implement evolving legal requirements in a cost-effective, secure, clear and transparent way, thereby playing a key role in safeguarding the company against financial, legal and reputational risks in tax matters (income and turnover taxes).

What you'll be handling:

  • Sparring partner for management and finance leadership on tax matters

  • End-to-end ownership of international tax compliance, particularly regarding OECD Pillar Two requirements

  • Helping shape the global tax strategy and ensuring consistent interpretation and application of tax regulations

  • Responsibility for tax policies, guidelines, and documentation within our operating model

  • Continuous improvement and adaptation of our IC transfer pricing guidelines

  • Identifying and proactively managing tax risks

  • Establishing and further developing a tax control framework

  • Clearly communicating complex issues (“Create clarity”) as well as transferring expertise and training relevant stakeholders

     

What you'll need:

  • A degree with a specialisation in tax, accounting or finance
  • Several years’ experience in international tax law (e.g. Big4 or industry)
  • Strong knowledge of national and international tax law (e.g., transfer pricing, OECD Pillar Two, etc.)
  • Experience in establishing governance and process structures, as well as IT proficiency and an understanding of data and system landscapes (SAP, reporting)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a good understanding of processes to design efficient workflows
  • Ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidelines
  • High level of personal responsibility and an understanding of management liability, as well as the ability to manage various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with very well knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 60.963 Euro.
