In your role as Head of Controls Services, you will take over responsibility for the Controls Service department in Austria in the Control department in the Central Europe Customer Unit. In this key role, you will manage the technical implementation of demanding projects in your team and ensure that our automation solutions are implemented efficiently, reliably and in a customer-oriented manner.

What you'll be handling:
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of the management projects in the Customer Unit Central Europe in terms of costs, deadlines and quality
- Driving force of a continuous innovation and improvement process to strengthen competitiveness in the field of governance
- Build and maintain a high-performing team to meet needs while maintaining flexibility
- Close cooperation with other divisions and departments within the company, the global implementation team, and other controls units.
- Ensuring a uniform understanding of tasks and processes and
- Uniformly good implementation quality through active cooperation with the Head of Controls Services at the Teunz site
What you'll need:
- Leader with several years of experience in employee management
- High social skills as well as communication and implementation skills
- Technical training and several years of professional experience in the project, plant or intralogistics business
- Drivers of lean processes and efficient structures
- Fluent in German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 66.741 Euro.
