As a Human Resources Manager you are responsible for all tasks related to human resources. You support employees from the application and hiring process to the end of their employment and assist them and managers with questions regarding labour law. In this role, you will learn about all relevant HR topics in order to act as a sparring partner for internal customers, both nationally and internationally.

 

What you'll be handling:

  • Handling the entire recruitment process – from creating job advertisements and managing applications to onboarding
  • Independently conducting and managing job interviews, including advising managers on selection decisions
  • Conducting contract negotiations and preparing all contract documents
  • Supporting and advising managers and employees on labour law issues and other HR topics
  • Participating in operational HR projects and ongoing process improvement

What you'll need:

  • Completed education and several years of relevant professional experience in human resources/people relations
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting; knowledge of Austrian and German labour law is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills, confident manner and diplomatic skills
  • High degree of loyalty and people skills, team-oriented approach to work and discretion

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
