As an experienced IT support specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical queries and issues. You identify the root causes, resolve problems efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. You bring in-depth expertise in IT support and get to the bottom of problems with a detective’s instinct. Thanks to your solution-oriented and structured approach, you will gradually take on responsibility for efficient and resource-saving troubleshooting – thereby making a significant contribution to the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.

What you'll be handling:

  • Supporting our external clients in the software sector
  • Analysing and resolving issues via the ticketing system and via remote access
  • Developing and implementing bug fixes
  • Documenting your activities and results
  • Working closely with your team to find efficient solutions

What you'll need:

  • Completed training in the IT sector (apprenticeship, technical college, university of applied sciences/university)
  • Several years’ professional experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, Oracle databases and programming languages (e.g. C#, .NET, Java, PL/SQL)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Customer focus, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to work

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 47.547 Euro.
