Learning & Development Manager
What you'll be handling:
- Advising specialists and managers on questions and concerns relating to professional development and qualification
- Conducting (partially) structured discussion formats such as onboarding feedback, exit and development interviews
- Coordination and support of development measures and courses
- Collaboration in the definition, further development and implementation of personnel development processes, tools and tools together with our in-house People and Culture experts
- Moderation of workshops and implementation of internal trainings
What you'll need:
- In-depth experience and expertise in the field of personnel development
- Communicative, empathetic personality with consulting skills, entrepreneurial mindset and analytical strength
- Team player with joy in development and change, a high level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
- Strong service and solution orientation
- Sovereign moderation skills in group and workshop formats
- Very good knowledge of German and good English skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 55.772 Euro.
