Do you have purchasing experience and a talent for finding the right suppliers for internal business needs? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the procurement of packaging solutions as well as IT client hardware, mobile communication services, and print services. You will professionally manage internal purchasing requirements, coordinate external partners, execute procurement processes efficiently, and ensure compliance with our purchasing policies and procedures.
In addition, you will take on the role of Key User for SAP Ariba Guided Buying, supporting the ongoing development and optimization of the solution

- Independently and efficiently manage procurement processes for packaging materials, IT client solutions, mobile communication services, data lines, and print services.Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts.
- Support and manage suppliers and external partners in day-to-day business operations.Process internal purchasing requests and coordinate requirements with the respective business departments.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of purchasing processes.
- Act as the lead Key User for the SAP Ariba Guided Buying module, including user support and process improvement initiatives.

- Several years of professional experience in purchasing indirect goods and services (internal business needs).
- Completed commercial or technical education.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel), with good English skills and experience working with ERP systems (ideally SAP).
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach when interacting with suppliers by phone.
- Accurate, structured, and flexible way of working.
- High willingness to learn and develop professionally, combined with strong teamwork skills.
