In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding and enhancing the company’s reputation. As the primary point of contact for media and public affairs, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of external communications and serve as the company’s official spokesperson.
By building and maintaining trusted relationships with media representatives and driving a consistent global communications strategy, you will strengthen the company’s credibility, visibility, and transparency. In times of crisis, you will provide communication leadership and ensure a professional, effective, and reputation-protecting response across all relevant stakeholder groups.
What you'll be handling:
- Development and management of the global PR and media strategy
- Establishing and maintaining media and stakeholder relationships
- Key contact for the media and company spokesperson
- Creation and management of all PR and storytelling content
- Organisation of press events and media activities
- Creation of Key Note Speeches for our top management
- Media monitoring, analysis and reputation management
- Management of crisis communication
- Management of sponsoring activities
- Working closely with management, marketing and other departments, as well as managing award submissions.
What you'll need:
- Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or journalism
- Proven expertise in media relations, corporate spokesperson responsibilities, and executive communications
- Strong writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes, including media monitoring and PR analytics
- Experienced in crisis communication, issues management, and reputation management
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective communication initiatives
- Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering trust with journalists, stakeholders, and senior leaders
- High resilience, integrity, cultural awareness, and a proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approach

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 55.772 Euro.
