This role is a unique opportunity to join TGW’s newly established Performance Delivery Office (PDO) and play a pivotal role in turning strategic commitments into measurable business outcomes. As a PDO Manager, you will partner with senior leaders across Customer Units and functions to embed the PDO Framework, strengthen execution discipline, and drive accountability across Programs, Streams and Projects. At the heart of this role is enabling TGW to execute strategy as a system, creating visibility, managing dependencies, and helping teams consistently deliver on their goals.

What you'll be handling:

  • Mentor Sponsors and Leads in applying the PDO methodology and guide them in defining leading and lagging performance indicators 
  • Collaborating with Sponsors and Leads, develop agenda and moderate workshops to support Discovery sessions, goal-setting, milestone planning and lessons learned
  • Actively strengthen the organisation’s delivery maturity and execution capability
  • Maintain and evolve the PDO framework, templates and guidance and integrate proven practices (e.g. PDCA, DMAIC, 12-week milestone planning) in a practical, outcome-focused way
  • Capture learning from delivery and feed it back into PDO standards
  • Track delivery progress against milestones, outcomes and KPIs.
  • Surface delivery risks, capacity constraints and dependencies, and facilitate/moderate fact-based escalation
  • Prepare clear, concise performance insights for the Head of PDO and senior leadership in order to be able to make the necessary decisions

 

What you'll need:

  • 20% Travel is required for the role
  • Proven experience in strategy execution, program or project management, ideally in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Successfully delivered internal projects; project management skills
  • Strong understanding of performance management, KPI systems and governance structures.
  • Practical experience with delivery and improvement methodologies (e.g. PDCA, Agile, DMAIC)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, may also have a certification in coaching
  • Able to manage own workload and work and support teams and individuals with differing maturity in delivering internal projects

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
