What you'll be handling:

  • You’ll keep an eye on client systems before anything goes wrong.
  • You’ll set up and further develop monitoring solutions.
  • You’ll keep systems secure and up to date through patches and preventative measures.
  • You’ll come up with ideas for stable, secure and trouble-free operations.
  • You won’t just document things – you’ll give our clients genuine recommendations.
  • You’ll work with us to continuously improve processes and services.

What you'll need:

  • You have a technical IT background – through training or professional experience or both.
  • Operating systems are part of your day-to-day work; Oracle and IT security are familiar concepts to you.
  • You have already managed IT systems and know what matters in a client environment.
  • You work reliably, think proactively and keep an eye on the business benefits as well as the technical aspects.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 47.547 Euro.
