As a product manager for standardized 3rd party portfolio elements, you will ensure an economically and technically coherent product portfolio by consistently focusing on the needs of customers and TGW's strategic goals. You will be the link between the market, partners, product development and purchasing with a broad technical and economic knowledge, as well as a feel for the requirements of our external and internal customers, you are the right person to strengthen our team.

What you'll be handling:

  • Management of the product portfolio across the entire product line lifecycle
  • Strategic alignment of the product family and product groups through cyclical creation of roadmaps and development plans derived from them, including the associated business cases.
  • Competition, market and cost analyses
  • Definition and steering of product development requirements
  • Collaboration with internal departments and end customers worldwide (regular competitive updates with sales, participation in development projects such as preparing and executing the product launch, ...)
  • Product presentations and training (internal and external)

What you'll need:

  • Degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, innovation and product management or a comparable course of study
  • Several years of professional experience in product management is an advantage
  • Holistic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • High communication skills, initiative and commitment
  • Willingness to travel internationally approx. 20%

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 53.463,- Euro.
