What you'll be handling:
- Planning and forecasting for the production area, as well as deviation analyses and ad hoc reports
- Proactive analysis of KPIs and production processes on the shop floor
- Monitoring of efficiency projects to optimise production processes, productivity and space requirements
- Continuous improvement of commercial processes and controlling tools
What you'll need:
- Several years of experience in production controlling, ideally in an industrial environment or in plant engineering
- In-depth knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in BWH and SAC as well as knowledge of process digitalisation in a production environment
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills as a sparring partner for our division managers
- Solid knowledge of production techniques (e.g. lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience in implementing efficiency projects and methodological expertise in the field of process optimisation

We offer an attractive salary in line with market conditions, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement for full-time employment is EUR 53.242 per year.
