What you'll be handling:
- You act as the responsible contact person (m/f/d) for our customers during the realization of enhancement projects.
- For required software enhancements you support the sales department in the preparation of offers.
- You coordinate the technical implementation and coordinate with software development and service management for this purpose.
- You will supervise the test and release management and create the necessary documents.
- You are responsible for the timely completion of the software enhancement in compliance with the applicable standards, quality and budget requirements.
What you'll need:
- Degree / education in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in the management of software projects, ideally in the field of intralogistics
- Team player with a high customer orientation
- Very good German as well as good English skills
