As a Project Manager Software Development at TGW, you will lead innovative development projects – from planning to successful product rollout. With your organisational skills and technical understanding, you will lead your team to success and ensure that our software solutions enable smooth and efficient material flows worldwide.
What you'll be handling:
- Responsibility for managing development projects from project acceptance to successful completion
- Planning, controlling and continuously updating project deadlines, resources and budgets
- Leading and coordinating the project team, including organising meetings and documenting results
- Monitoring and reporting on deadlines, costs and quality, as well as active risk management
- Ensuring compliance with defined requirements, processes, guidelines and standards
- Promoting open communication, a feedback culture and a strong team spirit
- Participating in the continuous development of the product development process
What you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management in the software environment
- Experience in software development in the context of plant engineering is an advantage
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management methods
- Experience with complex projects and distributed development teams
- Business fluent English
- Independence and assertiveness
- Very good communication skills
- Ideally, PMA certification and experience with MS Project and JIRA

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of € 53.463 for a full-time position.
