Would you like to actively shape the future of intralogistics? As a Project Manager R&D at TGW Logistics, you will be responsible for innovative development projects – from conception and planning to successful product and series launch.  In doing so, you will work at the interface of software, mechatronics and system development and, together with your team, contribute to the realization of intelligent solutions that enable efficient and reliable material flows worldwide.

  • Management of development projects – from takeover to successful completion
  • Planning and control of deadlines, resources and budgets
  • Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams  
  • Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality as well as active risk management  
  • Ensuring compliance with requirements, processes and standards  
  • Further development of project management and development processes

Was uns überzeugt:

  • Initial experience (min. 3 years) in project management in the software or mechatronics environment – if you have experience in one of these areas, this is valuable for us; we support you in building up the missing knowledge!  
  • Knowledge of modern development and project management methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
  • ideally PMA certification and experience with MS Project & JIRA 
  • Independent way of working and assertiveness  
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills  
  • Very good knowledge of German and English required

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 54.500 Euro.
