In this role, you will act as an Agile Lead, playing a key role in continuously evolving the way we work. Together with engineering, product, and business experts, you will foster transparent processes, effective collaboration, and a sustainable delivery flow. You will apply agile practices in a pragmatic and goal-oriented way, always focusing on value creation and tangible outcomes.
What you'll be handling:
- Drive the evolution of agile ways of working and promote efficient, value-focused collaboration within Platform Engineering
- Establish, optimize, and continuously improve processes, structures, and workflows
- Facilitate and further develop agile ceremonies to support a sustainable and predictable delivery flow
- Create transparency around goals, priorities, progress, dependencies, and delivery status
- Proactively identify and remove impediments, bottlenecks, and systemic challenges
- Foster strong collaboration between engineering teams, product areas, and stakeholders
- Coach teams and support the development of a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Leverage appropriate metrics to measure and enhance team effectiveness and delivery performance
- Act as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement, with a focus on outcomes and business value rather than strict adherence to frameworks
What you'll need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role
- Experience working in complex and/or scaling agile environments
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience in designing, implementing, and establishing efficient processes and ways of working
- Ability to identify systemic challenges and organizational bottlenecks and resolve them sustainably
- Hands-on mentality, pragmatic approach, and strong results orientation
- High level of initiative and enthusiasm for constructively challenging and improving existing ways of working
- Excellent German and English language skills

We offer an attractive and competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum gross annual salary for this full-time position is EUR 53,241. Actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
