Simulation Engineer

As a Simulation Engineer, you will be significantly involved in conducting simulation studies for our sales and implementation projects. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop innovative solutions and support the entire process – from finding solutions to sales and the successful implementation of highly automated intralogistics systems.
What you'll be handling:
- Carrying out simulation projects for the development, distribution and implementation of our systems
- Analysing requirements and creating simulation concepts
- Project-based development of our powerful software systems, algorithms and tools with C#/.NET
- Independently carrying out simulation experiments
- Analysing and presenting simulation results
What you'll need:
- Solid education in computer science, mathematics, mechatronics, control engineering, data science or software development
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (ideally C#)
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: discrete event simulation, material flow simulation, material handling or supply chain management
- Knowledge of Visual Studio, Python, Git, data analysis or BI tools is an advantage
- Very good English skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
