Software Developer – Focus on Trainings
Do you want to travel and bring Europe’s most efficient logistics facilities to life with innovative software solutions, whilst also enjoying introducing young colleagues to our software stack? Then you’ve come to the right place!
As part of an international project team, you’ll carry out the commissioning of fully automated logistics systems for our customers both at home and abroad. As part of our in-house training programme, you’ll teach new staff how to use our proprietary software.
What you'll be handling:
- Customising the TGW WERX software solution based on the detailed specification
- Programming the bespoke software required for the projects
- Carrying out software, system and integration tests
- On-site commissioning of the system (hardware and software) and training of system administrators
- Preparing documentation and supporting customers during the ramp-up phase
- Delivering and further developing our in-house training programme for new employees
What you'll need:
- Completed IT training (e.g. HTL) and at least 2 years’ professional experience in software development
- Experience in software development, preferably with object-oriented programming languages (Java, .NET) and SQL
- Experience as a trainer, along with teaching skills and a passion for sharing knowledge
- Willingness to travel, up to 75% depending on the project phase
- Mobility (Category B driving licence)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 48.546 Euro.
