As a Solution Engineer, you will work at the interface between technology and sales and develop innovative solutions for automated logistics systems together with customers, planners and internal teams. With technical know-how, a feel for processes and enthusiasm for future-oriented technologies, you will shape the intralogistics of tomorrow – in direct exchange with our international customers.

What you'll be handling:

  • Development of tailor-made mechatronic system solutions for our international customer projects
  • Analysis of customer requirements and technical evaluation of complex project requests
  • Creation of layouts and calculations to determine the most economical solution
  • Integration of new technologies and TGW portfolio modules into the sales process
  • Close cooperation with project teams, engineering and the Competence and Delivery Center
  • Participation in bid/nobid, concept and cost review meetings for technical decision-making

What you'll need:

  • Completed higher technical education in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (HTL, FH, TU)
  • Several years of professional experience in plant engineering
  • Experience in direct customer contact as well as a feel for technical customer needs
  • Strong process understanding and ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Team orientation, initiative and decisiveness in a dynamic project environment
  • Good knowledge of English and willingness to take occasional business trips (10%)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 50.287 Euro.
