What you'll be handling:
- Operative handling of requests and purchase orders
- Revision of order confirmations, processing as well as approval of invoices
- Monitoring of urgent deliveries and observance of delivery dates
- Data evaluation (e.g. collection of key figures like adherence to delivery dates)
- Document administration (e.g. archiving of contracts, order confirmations etc.)
- Support of strategic purchasers
- Coordination of schedules with internal interfaces
What you'll need:
- Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel), good English skills and ERP experience (ideally SAP)
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented in telephone supplier contact
- Precise, structured and flexible way of working
- High willingness to learn and develop as well as ability to work in a team

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 41.270 Euro.
