Actively shape the future of mechatronic product development. In this key role, you will work directly with the Head of Mechatronic Product Development within Innovation & Technology and be responsible for the initiation, management and implementation of strategic and technological projects. As a sparring partner of the division manager, you will sustainably drive the further development of the organization, processes/methods and technologies. 

What you'll be handling:

  • Collaborate directly with the Mechatronic Product Development leadership team on strategic, organizational and technological initiatives
  • Identification and implementation of innovation, technology, organizational and digitization potentials
  • Management of projects from the idea to successful implementation
  • Further development and implementation of the TGW strategy within the division
  • Transparent preparation of project progress, risks and decision-making bases for the division management
  • Interface management and cross-divisional collaboration with international stakeholders

What you'll need:

  • Completed technical education (university/FH/HTL) in the field of mechatronics, software, IT, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
  • Many years of professional experience (>7 years) in a comparable function in product development and project management as well as process, method, and organizational development.
  • Technical understanding of mechatronic systems and innovation topics
  • Strong communication, moderation and networking skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as high implementation skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English as well as international experience in working with distributed teams

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 64.830 Euro.
