Technical Support Engineer Mechanics
What you'll be handling:
- Receiving, processing and documenting mechanical faults
- Planning and coordinating technician call-outs in the support environment
- Supporting (Assistant) Key Account Managers with technical matters
- Identifying and rectifying potential faults to ensure the best possible system availability
- Supporting and advising customers on the correct use of our logistics solutions
- Answering calls, documenting tickets and proactively communicating with customers
What you'll need:
- Solid technical vocational training (completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial electrics, HTL in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or plant engineering)
- Knowledge of logistics and control systems would be an advantage
- Good command of German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel (approx. 5%)
- Category B driving licence
- High level of customer focus and commitment

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 41.271 Euro.
