Working in an international team, you’ll turn complex warehouse requirements into intelligent TGW standard systems and make our technology even better. What you'll be handling:

  • Develop and optimize TGW system functionalities
  • Design and specify warehouse system concepts
  • Coordinate tasks with the Simulation Department
  • Support Sales and Realization with technical know-how
  • Benchmark and test new system approaches
  • Create clear documentation and performance reports
  • Collaborate closely with Software, Mechatronics, and Simulation teams

What you'll need:

  • Technical degree or equivalent qualification
  • Analytical mindset and passion for logistics systems
  • Experience in automation or simulation (a plus)
  • Structured, solution-driven, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Curiosity, openness to learning, and innovation mindset
  • Very good English skills (German is an advantage)
  • Positive attitude, team spirit — and a good sense of humor

We offer an attractive salary in line with market conditions, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement for full-time employment is EUR 53.242 per annum.
