  • Development and implementation of active sourcing strategies, in particular via LinkedIn as well as through our own talent pool
  • Analysis and further development of our recruiting and tendering channels for the continuous improvement of candidate acquisition
  • Analysis of relevant target groups and evaluation of recruiting key figures in order to further develop approach and channel strategies based on data
  • Support at career fairs, events and recruiting events as well as organization of our monthly launch event

What convinces us:

What we offer:

  • Opportunity to actively and independently shape processes and procedures
  • Appreciative working environment, motivated teams and an open feedback culture
  • Sustainability and security in a foundation company: The majority of the profit remains in the company and is invested, another part flows into charitable projects

We offer an attractive and market-competitive salary depending on qualifications and professional experience. The collectively agreed minimum gross annual salary for this full-time position is EUR 47,547.
