What you'll be handling:
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the support team and train new employees and support their professional development
- Co-develop specific SAP EWM metrics to enable a smooth handover to support
- Work closely with our Customer Remote Service and find solutions to complex issues
- Report on support activities and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Plan and control support spend
- Plan the support calendar based on service contract requirements and contribute to the support team
What you'll need:
- Completed training in IT
- Several years of professional experience in the support area
- Very good knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP Basis
- Experience in logistics and/or automation technology and knowledge of processes in Life Time Service
- Business fluent in German and English
- Customer-oriented and self-confident manner

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 52.198 Euro.
