In this position, you will support the account management team and work closely with the Lifetime Services key account managers. You will process change and optimization requests for existing customer systems in collaboration with various specialist departments and accompany the implementation process. Together with the key account manager, you will be the point of contact for questions from internal departments and our customers.
What we do:
- Supporting the Key Account Manager in organizational matters
- Independent and service-oriented handling of customer requirements in the after-sales area (e.g., modernization measures, maintenance, change requests)
- Quotations, including calculation, invoicing, and auditing
- Complete documentation and filing of all inquiries and orders
- Direct customer contact and close cooperation with Key Account Management and internal interfaces

- Professional experience in technical internal sales or technical customer service is an advantage

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 42,021 euros per year.
