What you'll be handling:
- Develop video concepts based on communication objectives, campaigns and target group needs
- Create scripts, storyboards, shot lists and production plans and plan logistics for shoots
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment
- Manage on-site production setups during internal and external events
- Produce videos for campaigns, events, employer branding, etc. and edit high-quality videos that follow brand guidelines and storytelling standards
- Produce basic animations and motion graphics for videos and use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI, Copilot)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on time in full delivery
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners and freelancers when required
What you'll need:
- Degree in Film Production, Media Technology, Digital Media, Video Production, Communication Design or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of practical experience in corporate video production, agency environments or in-house communication teams
- Proven portfolio demonstrating professional video projects, including planning, filming, editing and post-production
- Experience working in corporate environments, including stakeholder management, project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills as well as high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging visual formats and strong time management
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills in German and English
- Proactive, innovative and comfortable exploring new tools and technologies

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
