What you'll be handling:
- Technical leadership and further development of the Controls apprenticeship program, with the goal of successfully preparing young talent for their future roles in control and commissioning technology
- Development and refinement of a training program for the long-term development of technical expertise and specialized knowledge in the Controls field
- Providing technical onboarding and support for new Commissioning Engineer Controls within the department
- Designing and optimizing the Commander training plan with a focus on software preparation, emulation, and controls commissioning
- Close cross-site collaboration with trainers, subject matter experts, and managers to ensure consistent and forward-looking training
- Actively contributing to projects to keep expertise up to date and to integrate new technologies and challenges into the training program
What you'll need:
- Completed technical training in automation technology or several years of professional experience in commissioning with a focus on software development (SIEMENS TIA, S7-1500)
- Experience in the professional leadership, training, or development of employees and high-potential talent
- A pedagogical approach to working with adolescents and young adults, as well as a passion for imparting knowledge in a way that fosters long-term learning
- Certified vocational trainer qualification or willingness to obtain it
- Professional demeanor and confident communication skills in a technical environment
- Good English skills for international collaboration, as well as a willingness to travel approximately 20%

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 47.547 euros per year.
