Are you looking for an exciting job in an international service environment and would like to contribute to the success of our customers with your organizational talent, your technical understanding and your communication skills? In the role of Customer Care Specialist, you will be the direct interface between our key account managers, internal departments and our customers. Together, you will design tailor-made solutions and ensure a high level of service – in line with our TGW values.

What you'll be handling

  • Independent development of service offers (spare parts, maintenance, repairs, training, remote services)
  • Organization and coordination of on-site assignments including preparation and follow-up
  • Direct customer contact as well as close cooperation with key account management and internal interfaces
  • Timely and correct processing of orders as well as their billing
  • Complete documentation and storage of all customer and project data 

What you'll need

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Basic technical understanding and interest in products and services in the field of industry or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in dealing with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as openness to new tools and processes
  • Strong organizational skills, structured way of working and enjoyment of varied tasks
  • Strong communication skills, service orientation and very good English skills (at least B2)

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum collective agreement base salary on the basis of full-time employment amounts to €40,462 gross per year.
