In your role as Director Project Realization, you will assume overall responsibility for the implementation of our customer projects in the Customer Unit Central Europe. This includes overall project management, project engineering as well as construction site and integration management.
 
In this key role, you will ensure that our projects are implemented on time, on budget and in quality. You will lead the entire area, develop the organization further and ensure a sustainable increase in performance and efficiency.
 
With your experience and understanding of leadership, you will shape the orientation and performance of our implementation in Central Europe. You will make a significant contribution to the satisfaction of our customers and to the long-term success of TGW.

What you'll be handling:

  • Responsibility for the successful implementation of customer orders in terms of costs, deadlines and quality
  • Further development of structures, processes and methods to increase efficiency and competitiveness
  • Ensuring an efficient organization as well as targeted development and development of the team
  • Close cooperation with all relevant areas within the Customer Unit as well as with adjacent areas and global functions

What you'll need:

  • Leader with several years of experience in a comparable role
  • Strong social skills as well as the ability to lead and motivate people
  • Sound technical training and experience in the project, plant or intralogistics environment
  • Experience in the further development of organizations and processes 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 89.217 Euro.
