As a Global Mobility Advisor, you are a member of the People and Culture Team. You support the end-to-end employee mobility process (business travel, international short and long-term assignments/secondments). In this role you are responsible for maintaining the requirements that support the mobility of TGW employees and act as a point of contact for issues of employees and managers to help ensure efficient, effective and compliant movement across the business.

What you'll be handling:

  • Support, promotion and implementation of global mobility projects and initiatives
  • Conducting briefings and orientation events for employees prior to their assignment
  • Advising and supporting expatriates, maintaining regular contact with them throughout the mobility process and, where necessary, assisting with problem solving
  • Facilitation, coordination and submission of applications for business and work visas in line with the global mobility process, as well as tracking and monitoring the progress of applications
  • Issuing letters of assignment, letters of consent, etc. as required
  • Coordinating and gathering documentation and information for processing social security applications (A1 certificates)
  • Assisting with relocations (end-to-end process) as required
  • Working closely with the travel team to facilitate requests for business and service trips

What you'll need:

  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) as well as experience in human resources or an affinity for global mobility
  • Ability to understand complex issues, think logically and solve operational problems.
  • Strong consulting/communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and proactive mentality as well as customer focus
  • Excellent numerical skills and analytical thinking
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Confident use of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
