Health & Safety Manager
What you'll be handling:
- Advising and supporting managers and employees with regard to occupational health and safety on construction sites and locations in the DACH region as well as in Poland and the Czech Republic
- Carrying out workplace evaluations and risk assessments, including deriving preventative measures
- Carrying out evaluations of occupational safety-related incidents, including root cause analysis
- Planning and carrying out internal safety audits and safety inspections
- Creating and maintaining health and safety documents, operating instructions, training documents and other safety-related documentation
- Independent implementation of safety instructions and training courses
What you'll need:
- Sound technical training, as well as training as a safety specialist according to ASchG or specialist for occupational safety according to DGUV
- Several years of professional experience in the field of health & safety on construction sites or in plant construction
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally (min. 50%)
- Efficient, structured and independent way of working
- Assertiveness, sense of responsibility and strong implementation skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary according to the collective agreement based on full-time employment is EUR 53,463 per year.
