In this role, you will play a key role in increasing the effectiveness of compliance and risk management, identifying risks (strategic, operational, financial, etc.) at an early stage, creating the necessary transparency in defined risk areas, developing risk minimisation measures and enabling sustainable business decisions. In this function, you will actively support the strategic direction of the company and promote a culture of integrity and transparency.

What you'll be handling:

  • Planning, implementation and operation of an effective risk management system across the entire group
  • Survey, evaluation and consolidation of identified risks (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Definition and control of risk minimisation measures and preparation of regular reports
  • Close cooperation with Internal Audit and Compliance 
  • Monitoring of external trends (e.g. geopolitical, regulatory, economic, etc.)
  • Training and awareness measures
  • Coordination and further development of the group-wide risk management system

What you'll need:

  • Completed degree in economics, business administration, commercial law or law
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in risk management in an international environment
  • Knowledge of internationally recognised standards (e.g. ISO 31000)
  • Systematic, structured approach to work, high level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial understanding
  • Excellent communication skills and confident manner
  • Business fluent German and English
  • Integrity and discretion

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
